Terrific Hardwood Floor Installation!
"We visited many showrooms and stores before selecting Floor Concepts and Design. Although many places offer the same products, what sets Floor Concepts and Design apart is their service. Ali, the owner, offers information and valuable advice without all the sales pressure. He knows the flooring business well, and we learned a lot from our discussions with him. Also, his installers were excellent. They arrived on time, cleaned up daily and did not waste a minute of the work day. Their installation looks great. In fact, we had old hardwood in parts of our home, and they were meticulous in lining up the old and new hardwood floor lines. I have never been more pleased!
" My husband and I were in the market to replace all of the flooring in our house this fall and began looking months ago. After multiple estimates and going to a lot of the "big box" vendors we found ourselves returning to Floor Concepts. Ali made a WONDERFUL first impression on us and thankfully we were impressed through the entire process. His knowledge was vast and his honesty was something that you don't find very often, especially in this economy. He didn't try to push the most expensive products, he really identified our needs and evaluated how long we were going to be living in our house before giving his recommendations. I am an indecisive person and shopping for flooring with so many options was very overwhelming. He pointed us in the right direction and helped us narrow down a few products to choose from. He educated us every step of the way, worked with our schedule for the installation, and did an AMAZING job! The work took a solid week and they were on time or EARLY (how often does that happen!) everyday. They were VERY clean and when we ran into a small issue (what job doesn't have one or two of these) it was quickly resolved and at their expense. "I've been working with Ali/Floor Concepts for a few years now and can't say enough good things about them. I'm a project manager for a real estate company and we do lots of renovations to get homes in top shape for the market. Solid job and always willing to help
"It has been a couple months since new hardwood flooring had been installed and the previous flooring refinished. The job was finished on schedule and Jose, Andres, and John worked very hard. They had did more than expected to complete the job including installing/replacing baseboard that needed replacement. Even came out to refinish an area that we did notice until after the job was done. The floor looks good and a solid job was done overall. Warping had appeared on the laminate due to humid conditions, but Ali was more than willing to coordinate a time to have the floor fixed to our satisfaction as promised. Jose and Andres came and worked diligently well after their normal working hours. Overall, Ali and his staff worked very diligently and have always been willing to take an extra step to get things done to our satisfaction. " by -Gromit 10/29/2011

"Ali great job on my floor. They came highly recommended and I am very please with their work. The installers were awesome, especially Josephine, very nice and knowledgeable.
